Two-thirds of American adults are considered overweight. That statistic has doubled in adults and children since the 1970’s. Food companies pump in unnecessary amounts of sugars, fats, and sodium. They are full of tons of addictive ingredients so that we, the consumers, continue to buy their products. They don’t care if we eat healthily or what we do with our bodies; they’re only concerned with financial growth. So what will it take to turn our eating habits around?
